OtterCMS is distributed under the GNU Public License, and incorporates the TinyMCE editor, the license for which is supplied in the includes/tinymce folder.

Known Issues:

• There WYSIWYG editor does not work correctly with Microsoft Internet Explorer. We are working with the people from the editor's designers (TinyMCE) to fix this bug ASAP. Firefox is the recommended web browser until the problem is fixed.
